  • Water efficiency and contingency planning.
  • Utilisation of wastewater from the Albufeira Poente WWTP.

  • Solar water heating systems throughout the resort.    
  • Weather station to monitor wind, rain and temperature, used to adjust irrigation needs.    
  • HVAC, lighting and building management system in the Clubhouse.    
  • Electric vehicle charging stations (present since 2019).

  • Self-consumption photovoltaic (PV) systems on roofs and car park areas.    
  • Energy, water and waste certification.    
  • Creation of an energy community in the resort, using photovoltaic systems.  
  • Reuse of green waste in composting.    
  • Fleet renewal with electric vehicles.
